How to handle rage?

What is rage?

Rage is on of the most important emotions to handle with in a constructive way. When we're experiencing it, the adrenalin is running through us so strong that our ability to think is seriously handicapped. To handle it, it's very important to get your mind properly orientated at a point when you're not feeling rage. It's extremely important to have your ethics correct. Only then you can handle your rage.

What can happend when you can't handle it?

You can harm yourself or people around you, it will be going wrong if you lose your controle. It's very important to do ethics correct.

How can you handle it?


  • Go to the gym, exam. boxing is a perfect sport to be caml down, 'cause you beat your rage out.
  • If that won't help you can give yourself a 15 sec therapy. Take A DEEP BREATH THROUGH YOUR NOSE for 7 SEC. HOLD your breath for 3 SEC. and breathe OUT THROUGH YOUR MOUNTH for 5 SEC.It will make you a little dizzy, so you can callm down. If it doesn't work repeat this 5 time.
  • You can also go to a doctor, they'll send you to a therapist
If I am angry am I rage too?
